2025 Coaching Packages and Sliding Scale Rates

This sliding scale rate sheet is inspired by lqb2 and Co, Aorta and generative somatics and is designed to be equitable for us and our coaching clients.

We know that there are many factors beyond individual income that determine a person's ability to pay for a service such as coaching. Our intention is for you to contribute to covering the cost of our services at a level and in a way that is meaningful, significant and affordable for you. We trust you to pick the rate that makes the most sense for you, and we are open to negotiating pricing based on budget constraints and individual circumstances. Fruitful Coaching + Consulting offers 1 free, Cultivation Growth Sprint coaching package every quarter for QTBIPOC leaders. If you are interested in applying for this package, please reach out to us.

In general, package payment is due in monthly installments over the course of your work with us, with the first installment due on the date your contract is signed and subsequent payments due on the same day of each month of your coaching engagement. For one-off Resourced Reactivator sessions, payment is due on the day that the appointment is booked. If you need to negotiate a different payment plan, please let us know. We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, and check.

For 2025 we are offering the following coaching packages for queer leaders.

These session packages are designed to support established and emerging leaders to hone their vision, identify goals, and build needed skills to bring their values into practice. We believe that coaching is a tool for liberation, and can be used to bring your inner and outer worlds into alignment. In our sessions, we will work to strengthen your ability to lead with power and possibility.

Harvest: Growth Intensive

Who is this package for: Our highest level of support is for leaders seeking comprehensive, immersive support through personalized, high-touch coaching.

What are the results?: Leaders who complete the Harvest Growth Intensive experience a renewed connection to their values and their inner knowing, a clear and actionable vision for their leadership, and the confidence to make authentic choices that honor their version of success. Harvest Track leaders build sustainable practices that honor their unique strengths and support them in navigating systemic challenges with resilience, creating meaningful shifts in their life and work. Harvest Track leaders emerge connected to the boldest and most grounded version of themselves, equipped with the tools and confidence to uplift others, set boundaries, and thrive without compromising their well-being or purpose.

This track offers the time and support to deeply explore challenges, refine your leadership approach, and fully integrate new practices, leaving you with a deeply rooted foundation for growth and impact.

The Harvest: Growth Intensive coaching package includes:

12 bi-weekly 50-minute coaching sessions - a 6 month commitment
Unlimited email support from your coach between sessions
Perennial access to the taped recordings of our sessions
Weekly office hours
Weekly email accountability reminders

Package sliding scale rates:

Tier 5 – Annual individual income of $120,000 or more: $4,500
Tier 4 – $90,000 - $119,999: $3,300
Tier 3 – $60,000 - $89,999: $2,100
Tier 2 – $30,000 - $59,999: $1,200
Tier 1 – Under $30,000: $750

Cultivation: Growth Sprint

Who this package is for: Leaders seeking a shorter, action-packed season of support to help them reconnect with their inner knowing, identify short-term goals, and prioritize their next steps. This track is great for self-motivated, self-proclaimed “do-ers” who are looking for a dedicated support space where they can identify, process, and iterate on action steps they take themselves.

What are the results?: The Cultivation: Growth Sprint program is a condensed, high-impact coaching experience tailored for leaders seeking clarity and actionable strategies in a shorter timeframe. Cultivation Track leaders engage in a streamlined version of the Resourced Leader Method, focusing on key phases to explore values, define goals, and build confidence in their leadership. The Cultivation Track supports focus and momentum and is ideal for those seeking transformation with less intensive support.

6 bi-weekly 50-minute coaching sessions
Weekly office hours
Weekly email accountability reminders

Tier 5 – Annual income of $120,000 or more: $3,000
Tier 4 – $90,000 - $119,999: $2,400
Tier 3 – $60,000 - $89,999: $1,800
Tier 2 – $30,000 - $59,999: $900
Tier 1 – Under $30,000: $450

One-off Resourced Re-Activator sessions

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your vision? Want to reconnect with your coach for support navigating an acute situation or challenge? Seeking a space to plan your next moves? These single, 90-minute sessions are available to previous Harvest or Cultivation participants to support your ongoing growth.

Tier 5 – Annual income of $120,000 or more: $500
Tier 4 – $90,000 - $119,999: $400
Tier 3 – $60,000 - $89,999: $300
Tier 2 – $30,000 - $59,999: $200
Tier 1 – Under $30,000: $50

Do you have access to grants that could support your participation in this course (grants for healing justice, transformative organizing, professional or leadership development or otherwise)?
