The Resourced Leader Method: What to expect
The Resourced Leader Method is a guided coaching framework designed to help you reconnect with your values, build confidence in your leadership, and take meaningful action. Across six structured yet flexible phases, we’ll explore your strengths, clarify your goals, and create a plan that aligns with your authentic leadership style.
The phases:
1 | Building Trust & Identifying Support
We start by establishing a strong foundation—building trust, identifying the people and structures that will support you, and setting clear expectations for feedback and accountability.
• Identify your key supports and accountability partners
• Explore how you best receive feedback and navigate challenges
• Set shared expectations to create a foundation for deep, impactful work
2 | Clarifying Your Core Values
Leadership without clear values can feel directionless. This phase is about identifying and refining the 5-7 values that truly guide your decisions and actions.
• Explore where your values come from and how they shape your leadership
• Identify misalignments between your values and your current work or life
• “Road test” your values to ensure they are authentic to you
3 | Visioning & Goal Setting
Once we’ve established your values, we map out your vision—both short- and long-term. We explore what’s possible, identify roadblocks, and create a plan of action that feels both ambitious and achievable.
• Define what success looks like for you, today and in the future
• Assess the supports and barriers to achieving your goals
• Create a roadmap that aligns with your highest self
4&5 | Practicing & Adapting
Transformation happens through action. These phases serve as a practice ground for integrating your values into daily leadership, testing new behaviors, and adjusting as you go.
• Take meaningful steps toward your vision and assess what’s working
• Identify where you feel strong in your leadership and where you’re challenged
• Build resilience by learning to navigate uncertainty with confidence
6 | Reflection & Integration
As our work together comes to a close, we focus on embedding your learning into your next chapter. Reflection helps solidify your growth and ensures you continue evolving with purpose.
• Evaluate your progress based on the success markers set in Phase 1
• Identify key takeaways and create a plan for continued growth
• Develop a strategy for maintaining accountability and support

One-off Resourced Re-Activator sessions

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your vision? These single, 90-minute sessions are available to previous Resourced Leader participants to support your ongoing growth.
The Resourced Leader Mastermind Pod

Join fellow Resourced Leaders for a monthly group- and peer- coaching session. Each Leader will have 10 minutes to present a challenge and receive coaching and feedback from a certified coach as well as their peers.
